Glamping tent in forest by the sea

I am donating my glamping tent to the social cause “Proyecto Ucrania 26/15,” run by a well-known NGO. It is located deep within a protected natural forest by the sea between Comillas and Santillana del Mar in Cantabria, near the Altamira Caves and right on the Camino de Santiago. All proceeds from the donation go directly to the NGO.

It’s an entire entertainment and activity park exclusively for an unforgettable experience, with included activities such as archery, darts, ping pong, soccer with mini goals, a trampoline, and the opportunity to sponsor the planting of your own tree (you’ll need to bring a chestnut, oak, walnut, yew, chestnut, or almond tree), snorkeling (we provide all equipment), hiking, barbecue, … and other optional paid activities, such as kayaking on the river or at sea (depending on weather conditions), rock climbing, rafting, surfing, kitesurfing, paintball at 550 meters, scuba diving 3 km away, electric bike rides, ATV rides, or horseback riding, and a forest survival course, visits to the Soplado Caves and Cabárceno Park, ultralight flights 4 km away, light aircraft flights (highly recommended), or helicopter rides.

It can sleep up to 4 people: 2 on a king-size bed measuring 1.6 x 2 meters—with a choice of 6 types of pillows—and 2 more on a foam sofa bed measuring 140 x 200 or two sofa beds measuring 70 x 200. Everything is brand new; it features a mini-bar fridge with a small freezer, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee maker, a blender, a hot water dispenser, a mini jukebox, and automatic LED lights with Alexa....

Public parking for up to 10 cars is located 50 meters from the entrance and 200 meters from the cabin, 900 meters from the sea, and 3 kilometers from two well-known beaches. The area features a deep, dense forest that is difficult to access; guests with limited mobility should refrain from visiting. Solar-powered automatic LED lights, dry toilet, and outdoor cold shower.
