Welcome to our mountain home in the pines!

This spacious 3,206 sq ft house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 10, so the whole family or friend group can spread out and still be together. Guests describe it as big yet cozy, peaceful, and private. It's a full house (not a cabin), cared for by a mom who knows what families need.

- Private sauna to warm up after a day on the slopes or trails
- Game room with a pool table, plus board games, books, and a kids' playroom
- Cozy fireplace and two large living areas
- Upper and lower decks on the back of the house with seating and outdoor dining among tall pines
- Small propane grill for use when fire restrictions allow, plus 2 kids' bikes

Washer and dryer, desk with printer, Wi-Fi, AC and heat, room-darkening shades, baby gates, and fireplace guards.

PARKING
Covered carport plus driveway parking. Please don't park on the stamped concrete.

WILDLIFE
Deer, elk, and even wild horses often wander through. Please enjoy them from a distance.

LOCATION
A short walk to the White Mountain Recreation Complex and a few minutes from Sudderth Drive's shops and restaurants. A great home base for ski season, summer in the mountains, and the holidays.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Self check-in with a smart lock.
- Small gatherings within your booked guest count are welcome; please no confetti, slime, or anything messy or destructive.
- Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM, since our one close neighbor has a young child. Thank you!
- For safety, please use the front entry and back decks rather than the outdoor side stairs.
- There are exterior security cameras on the property; none inside.
