We’re delighted you’ve found us. Our favorite ground-floor apartment is a spot where you can instantly leave daily life behind.



The sunny terrace, with its cozy lounge area and open views of the Chiemgau Alps, is a little piece of vacation happiness—perfect for relaxing, unwinding, and taking a deep breath.



Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. The apartment also offers access to a private terrace.



The property is close to many cycling and hiking trails, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, public transport, an indoor pool, and a mini-golf course. The studio is a 20-minute drive from Lake Chiemsee, 45 minutes from Salzburg, 50 minutes from Berchtesgaden and Lake Königssee, and 1 hour and 15 minutes from Munich.



Parking is available on the property. There’s storage for motorcycles and bicycles, as well as a ski depot. Families with children are very welcome. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. An EV charging station is available for an extra fee. Washing machine and dryer can be used on request. The property follows recycling guidelines and uses energy- and water-saving features. Part of the electricity comes from photovoltaic panels. A self check-in system is available.
