"The room was okay but did not feel like a premium room. It felt a bit tired with a few trip hazzards i.e. lamp cable plus chipped tile in bathroom needs attention. No separate shower or non slip mat. It was difficult getting in and out of the bath. Room was not made up during our stay. However Chloe was very helpful."

"Everything was excellent, the hotel it’s self was very modern clean and tidy, it’s in a good distance from st Helier and the park and rose garden just at the end of the road are very good. Went to a lovely free concert in the park one evening and had a excellent meal in the park restaurant"

"We were very happy with the seafront location, proximity to the beach and the Lido. We had a number of meals at the hotel, and we were very satisfied with the quality and service. The room was spacious and clean, the room was very warm through the most recent heat wave yet manageable with a fan. Transportation access to downtown and other attractions was very convenient on the number one bus with both pick up and drop off at the door. On arrival on a very hot day we asked if they had air conditioning that was a NO, we then asked for a fan for the rooms, we told they put on a list asked this for 3 days same reply. They have a nice indoor swimming pool but you cannot open the sliding doors due to bolts rusted in place.
