"Very nice house, just as described. Plenty of things to do!"

"We loved staying at this house! It was the best stocked house we have ever rented! We love to cook and we planned to bring most of our supplies with us from home because rental houses usually have just the minimum. This kitchen was equipped with spices, pots, pans, and more than enough supplies for a comfortable stay. Our kids loved walking down to the water and using the kayaks and water mat. There is plenty of seating and the bedrooms were the perfect fit for our group. Edita is very quick...

"Had a great time on the dock each night "

"The property was great. Plenty of room/space. Loved the rustic feel it had. Back porch/patio was huge along with a big open yard. Also a very cool loft area especially for younger kids. Close to boat ramps as well as Toccoa and Lavonia. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Storms had done som damage, but owners called ahead of our stay to inform us. Most repair work had been completed. Excellent stay for fathers day and our sons birthday."

"Everything was great! Very clean and well cared for. We were in town for a baseball tournament, and this was a great place to spend the week!"

"Older house in an obviously older development on the lake. That said, the house has been nicely updated. It was clean, well outfitted, and everything worked. Quiet neighborhood and excellent access to a deep cove. The road in is interesting, but not bad. We had a good time and would certainly go back."

"Views are absolutely amazing and host was great! Set up of the property is class with the screened in porch and hot tub right there as well as the fire pit on the water. Overall amazing stay!"

"We wanted a quiet weekend away, and that's just what we got! The neighborhood was perfect and the lake was beautiful. "

"Will stay again. Grill wasn't clean and not in good shape. No paddles or balls for ping pong, bought some and leaving there. Need some light bulbs changed. No life jacket for kayaking but we enjoyed it very much"

We did not stay at this property, "Songbird" because the owner claimed that it had on-going construction issues. However, our VRBO contact, Jessi, provided an equally nice place within a day's notice for the same price, "Blues Brothers Hideaway". That is the property I am reviewing here.For the two of us (seniors), there was an abundance of room. We were really looking forward to a lake house...
