The living room has a convertible sofa with a 140 cm bed.



The kitchen is fully equipped: induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, classic coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes.



All windows have electric shutters. The house has air conditioning available for an extra fee.



Cleaning included.



Large shaded terrace (100 m²): dining table, barbecue/plancha, outdoor lounge, armchairs.



Amenities for children: travel crib, high chair, booster seat, beach games, and toys.



Ideal location:

- 5 min walk to the beach

- 2 min walk to the park’s shopping area (daily market, bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria, rotisserie, mini-market, newsstand, café/restaurant, hairdresser, etc.)

- 10 min walk to the park gardens (children’s playground, mini-golf, Basque pelota court, etc.)

- 15–20 min walk to the port (ice cream shop, boutiques, seafront, etc.)
