Tea time? Sit out on the veranda, which has been converted into a small lounge, and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee.

Step into the living room with its flat-screen TV. The spacious kitchen has a 4-burner gas cooker + oven, a hood, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine... overlooking the courtyard at the back of the house with a charcoal barbecue and garden furniture.

On the night side, two bedrooms each with a 140cm bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet.

You will be able to park your car in the courtyard in front of the house and/or in front of the house (free parking).

The small house at the back of the plot can occasionally be occupied by the owners.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
