Royan PONTAILLAC - STUDIO FULL SEA VIEW - Ideal SMALL BUDGET
Ideally located in the very popular and lively district of Pontaillac, you will enjoy a dream location just 150 metres from the beach and nearby shops: a bakery for fresh morning croissants, a pharmacy, restaurants and even the casino for those feeling lucky!
Nestled on the 2nd floor (no lift), this studio features a comfortable living area with a Rapido-style sofa bed (140 cm) and a single bench bed (90 cm), opening onto a small west-facing balcony offering breathtaking views over Pontaillac beach.
(Please note: the balcony does not allow space for a table, but the view more than makes up for it!)
The kitchenette, practical and functional, is fully equipped: electric 4-burner hob with oven, extractor hood, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and table-top refrigerator.
A shower room with washing machine and WC completes this cosy seaside retreat.
The cherry on the cake: you will also benefit from a private parking space within the residence.
FULL SEA VIEW – IDEAL FOR A SMALL BUDGET – BALCONY – PRIVATE PARKING SPACE No. 24 – SHARED STORAGE – NO LIFT
To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
