The listed rate includes 3 hours of daytime use for small groups (up to 8 guests).
For longer durations, larger groups, events, gatherings, or overnight lodging, message us for event/extended-stay pricing.

4. No Parties or Loud Disturbances

This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood.
• No unapproved parties
• No loud music or disruptive noise
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

Approved events follow separate guidelines.

5. No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property (including garage and patio).
A $250 deodorization fee applies for smoke odors or residue.

6. Registered Guests Only

Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.
Additional day visitors or overnight guests must be approved by the host.

7. No Pets (Unless Approved)

Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or cancellation.

8. Respect for the Home & Community

Please treat the home with the same care you would your own.
