"The rooms are beautifully decorated and the pub/hotel has a lovely oldie world feel to it. The surroundings were very peaceful. The service was also faultless - when we asked for a couple of things to be changed in the room it was done immediately. The Walnut Tree was excellent value for what we paid.
The only reason I have not given five stars is that the room was a little chilly when we arrived - but that resolved, and one mattress in our twin room (ref to landlord – the one nearest the...

"Martin and Melanie are lovely hosts. B&B is a short walks from local pubs. The sunday lunch in the George was excellent.
Breakfast around the kitchen table with the other guests was a real treat. As was the various fruits from their garden.
Easy travel to numerous places including Stourhead and the Fleet Air Arm Museum. Great hosts highly recommended."
