"Let me tell you, this place is fantastic! There are several Lodging characteristics that I look for when choosing a place to stay. I am very particular about having certain items while traveling. I am a consummate way over packer due to this fact. (Camping electric stove burner, toaster, cups, ect. Can be found in my Luggage) This Hotel made me sorry that I over packed. They had everything that I needed!! And more!

"My stay here was simply amazing. Property could use a face lift but I’d still rate it a 5 star for services offered and security. We were booked for 17 days with my family and we were in and out between safaris etc. Affordable laundry services on site , affordable meals on site and convenience to malls etc. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. "The staff at Roma Courts make this place amazing! Grace, Annipur, Patrick and Ismahan are fabulous! They are attentive, caring professionals. This was my second stay at Roma, and because of the kindness of the staff, I will revisit the property. It’s my home away from home! The access to shopping and the safety of the area were perfect for solo travelers. There’s plenty of food from restaurants to markets that make staying more accessible. Toalhas de rosto e banho demasiado pequenas e um tanto ao quanto encardidas. ( amareladas). Pequeno almoço não incluído na diária e a preços exorbitantes. Pessoal muito solicito e profissional."
"Very happy with my stay. The property is a small oasis in an otherwise busy area with a beautiful property. The staff are outstanding and always helpful and welcoming. There were heavy rains during my stay which flooded the access road and the staff always found a way for me to cross when I left/arrived on foot. The room was basic but very comfortable with diligent daily service. However the shower appeared to need a deep clean on the tile. The water flow in the shower was also less than ideal...

Mosquitos were annoying us during midnight.

"The room was low average for the money that we payed. The matress was in really bad condition and the toilet was really dirty. No water in the facility in two ocassions in the 12 hours that we remained in this hotel.
The receptionist was not friedly and unhelpful. "
