"really really good! i was so impressed with this place, loved it and would definitely return again. the only negative i have is being on the top floor and some of the glassware (mirror, table) could have been cleaner, however i know they were keen to get the studio ready for me potentially arriving early (which was so great of them to have accommodated this). when i arrived the entry system was modern and easy to use, clear instructions by text message and i had a courtesy call, to also leave me...

"Our second stay in this group of Boutique Hotels, and we were given a complimentary upgrade which was amazing!. The group of hotels have a small number of rooms, which makes them ideal for a quiet stay and the rooms are lovely and comfy. We had breakfast included which was nice and as part of their chain there is a local pub just up the road to have a meal in, should you choose. We had Sunday dinner there was lovely. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and helpful, overall 5 stars all day...

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Strattons Hotel. The hotel was one of six I believe. We were just over the road from reception and where the restaurant is located. Very clean room which wasn’t as big as I was expecting but more than adequate for myself and my husband. I arranged for a bottle of Prosecco to be in the room for when we arrived, this was done along with a birthday card - lovely touch. Breakfast was brilliant. "Room was not your bog standard decor but was unique, bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large with an excrllet shower.
The staff were polite and would acknowledge you even if you were just passing.
Kim who was on reception when we arrived was a standard bearer for the hotel group, she was very welcoming and went above and beyond when we required some direction assistance."

Kindly sorted a parking space on the property as I think it was a quiet night. But there’s also a huge car park on the other side of the building.
More to do at the property than we realised. The communal area is brilliant. Don’t waste your money in the arcades as there’s loads to do at the hotel: pool, air hockey, table tennis, old school games table (pac man etc), sound system to choose your own music.

Depoia disso tudo ainda noa colocaram num quarto de solteiro com apenas um jogo de toalhas. Apenas uma pessoa estava fazendo os check in mesmo com uma.fila.de.mais de 30 pessoas. "I wasn't aware until I checked in online that the keycard was going to be in a lock box. All good though, seemless entry into property. The room was clean with kettle, coffee,tea, with UHT milk being replenished each day. Double bed with 3 good size pillows.

"The apartment was clean and exactly what we was looking for as it was just a base for us to sleep and shower.
The staff are friendly, unfortunately parking is not free and is quite expensive and they say there is parking in the area, unfortunately southsea/Portsmouth is on the ball with parking and is mostly only available for locals with a parking permits.
If you like pubs,bars and restaurants you are in the right area as there are loads around.
