"My main consideration in renting this property was its closeness to the town of Hillsborough. The property was clean however that’s all I can say. The road leading to the property was unpaved and sewer lines were recently installed and stuck up in road. Also commercial buildings were on right side of house and we heard thumping/banging noises. "This is one of the best properties I’ve used it was extremely comfortable for my entire family we were able to get around to all the family reunion festivities with no problems and the rooms were spacious and quiet very serene neighborhood"

"Listing was very accurate, clean and with items necessary for the stay. The location was 9 minutes from Duke University Hospital which is what we needed but not in a neighborhood but rather on an exceptionally busy main artery. Parking suitable for only two vehicles and was difficult to navigate in order to drive out. The house sits considerably lower than the street and due to infrastructure the bottom of the vehicle was scraped each time we exited. No ceiling fans in the house, odd for NC....
