The most original and romantic holiday villa near Venice - 4 sleeps

Tempietto lies right in the centre of Frassanelle private park, standing in front of a large meadow from where several trails depart to make you discover our private park. The uniqueness of this house lies in its own architecture, resembling that of a neoclassical temple: once a hunting lodge, a few years ago Tempietto has been fully renovated to become a comfortable holiday villa.

The colonnade of the façade provide a shaded scenery for al fresco meals, and the setting itself will make your open-air breaks peaceful and agreeable. As you enter the house, you find on your right the kitchen and dining room, equipped with all modern appliances and enlightened by two windows overlooking the park; on the left to the entrance there is a cosy and very elegant sitting room where a huge fireplace warms the atmosphere. The sitting room is made comfortable by the sofa and two armchairs. Two winding staircases depart from the ground floor: the ones that brings you downstairs leads to the full bathroom (with tub and shower) in the basement, while the one going up to the first floor leads to the two bedrooms: a twin one and a double one with a small ensuite toilet. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.

Besides the cosiness and the peculiar architecture, the surplus value of the house is its enviable setting, which assures privacy and a full plunge in the luxuriant nature of Euganean Hills, yet being close to all comforts: the golf swimming pool is only 300m from the house, and the club house restaurant and bar is only a few meters further.

In the nearby villages Montemerlo and Bastia (2km away) you will find the closest supermarkets, bakeries, banks, etc.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:

ROAD > the road that leads to Tempietto is an unpaved, unlit country trail. This doesn't cause any bother, but we recommend to drive slowly.

SWIMMING POOL > our guests have free access to the golf club swimming pool, that they can reach by foot or by car through a private path in the park. 350m far from Tempietto.
Opening: July-August, 10.30am – 7pm. Closed on Tuesday. Use of the bathing cap is compulsory. Please read carefully the rules:

- The swimsuit must be decent. It 's absolutely forbidden to circulate in swimsuit or in dishabille outside the fence of the pool.
