It is about 2.5 kilometers from the old town of Rovinj; a small supermarket is very close to the house and the beach is only a 2-3 minute walk; the beach itself consists of pebbles and stone; Here you will find cafes, ice cream, restaurants, snack bars, games and sports facilities.
The area invites to long bike rides or hikes, such as the Lim Fjord and its karst caves, which eats a bit north on a length of about 10 km to the mainland. Even walks in the old town of Rovinj are especially popular in the evening. The nearest beaches are well maintained, offer plenty of shady places and have good food.
The arrival and departure is from late June to early September only on Saturdays or Sundays possible with a minimum rental period of 1 week. In the remaining time there are no restrictions. A holiday in this house will bring you the hoped for recovery and you will definitely come back.

The Apartment, AP."1 ", is situated in a neighbourhood called "Borik", in the North of the beautiful town of Rovnj. The beach is nearby, about a 2-3 minutes walk.
Ap."1" is very nice and measures 85m²; it is suitable for 4-5 persons and situated in the middle of the building at the first floor. It has air-conditioning and it consists of a corridor, two bedrooms with double bed, two bathrooms with shower, a separate kitchen and a living-/dining-room (extendible couch) provided with a satellite-flatscreen-TV.
