"Our stay at Shalai was outstanding from start to finish. We received a warm welcome from a genuinely friendly and professional team. The hotel is set in a beautifully restored historic mansion on a quiet street, creating a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. Check-in was effortless. Our online check-in was fully recognized, so there was no need to repeat the process. No credit card was requested and payment was deferred until checkout, which was a pleasant surprise. "Appartement très bien malgré la clim absente. Petit village d altitude.

A equipe é maravilhosa. A comida é perfeita.

"Location lovely; right on the water. We had booked a seaside room but a mistake was made in our reservation and we only had room for one night and then had to move to another room. No view but clean and nice and staff very kind and accommodating and we got a discount. Breakfasts lovely. Our only complaint was no mention the rooms are on the 4th floor and no elevator. They help bring up luggage, but hard to negotiate post knee replacement. However, staff kind and friendly and we had a great...
