Two large French doors lead from the living/dining room to the terrace and the well-maintained garden, nestled among olive trees and rose bushes. A lovely swimming pool and a convenient summer kitchen for al fresco dining are also located here.

On the ground floor, you will also find a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm wide) and an en-suite bathroom, another bedroom with two single beds (90 cm wide), a shower room, and a separate WC. Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds, each 90 cm wide), a bathroom, and a separate WC.
