"We enjoyed our time at this house. It was furnished with anything you may need. The host payed attention to every detail. Upon arriving we found snacks and beverages. The homel was very clean inside and out. We spent time outside in the evenings and it was quite peaceful. I highly recommend this home. "

"The house was the perfect size for our family and had the amenities we need for a great stay. Our host was excellent and responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. Would definitely stay again "

Beautiful views from the back deck , Beautiful lake, Quiet neighborhood. the only complaint I have is the Rudeness of the Community Gate Guards, super rude if you have Questions...Beside them everything was perfect!!! "It fit our purpose. We did not cook. We were gone most of the time. It has plenty of room. Not much of a yard for kids.. back porch could be used ."

"Enjoyed our 6 night stay! Loved the home and it was just as beautiful as the pictures posted. So secluded with beautiful trees and so quiet! Breakfast and coffee on the deck in the mornings followed by our evenings in the hot tub after golf were so relaxing. Our host,Terri, was also very helpful, and made us feel so welcome. She was great! We will stay here again and recommend it highly! "

"The house was great. It meet all our needs for a family vacation with three families. The beds were nice and comfortable. Our only recommendation would be a second refrigerator, maybe out in the garage and an air fryer. Overall this is great rental that will leave you not wanting for anything . "

"Instead of taking grandchildren to Florida for our end of summer trip we went to Magic Springs and our four day stay was pleasurable! John was very attentive to my questions and comments. Kids enjoyed game area and being able to grill was very good! We like to stay in newer homes and this one was a great choice!"

"This little cottage is a hidden gem. Beautiful, peaceful, and quiet setting tucked away in the woods. Owners were so responsive, kind and gracious. It was the perfect getaway and just what we needed for our short stay in Little Rock. "

"We hosted our 2025 Family reunion in HSV. Adults and infants traveled from NYC, LA, San Diego, N. Dakota.... The property was perfect. Enough bedrooms for all and great common areas for games and fun. The big kitchen wa a hit as we prepared meals and warmed up bottles. The water front allowed for pontoon boat docking and we enjoyed the warm water of Lake Balboa. Check in and check out was a breeze. Voted most likely to host the next reunion!"

"This is my second stay in #11, and I really enjoy its comfortable living room furniture and beds.It is extremely clean with new kitchen appliances and two tables, one in the kitchen and one in the living area. Perhaps the best feature of this house is the wonderful back deck with a lovely view of the lake and fountains of the golf course, visible from the living room and master bedroom. "
