Welcome to Oak View! Located just 6 minutes from the town of Round Top, close to town and gated, yet perfect for a secluded getaway! This newly renovated, private oasis can sleep up to 10 people. In the summer, cool off with a dip in the unheated pool (or do a polar plunge in the winter!), and relax by the fire pit in the evening. Please note, this listing includes both the main house and the guest house. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 ARE NOT ALLOWED!

Getting Around:

You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTIE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area.



Other Things to Note:

- Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. Must be over 25 to rent this home. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 ARE NOT ALLOWED!



- For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front, sides, and back of the house. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.



- When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $5000 with the added fee of $79 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to all bookings.



- CANCELLATION POLICY : The initial deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to your stay, less a 6% processing fee. No refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in. For spring, fall, and winter antique show dates, no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in. The cancellation policy will be upheld with no exceptions. All guests are encouraged to purchase trip insurance.



- Pool: is NOT fenced or heated. Please consider this when booking with children.
