Tucked into the woods of Round Pond, one of Maine's most beloved working harbor villages, The Round Pond Getaway at Moxie Cove is your base for the best of Midcoast Maine. Walk five minutes to the water, spend evenings around the fire pit, and wake up to nothing but birdsong on the screened porch. Pemaquid Lighthouse, fresh lobster at Muscongus Bay, and the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens are all within easy reach.

The space:
The house is bright and thoughtfully stocked. There are windows on three sides of the living room, a fully updated kitchen with all new appliances, and enough space for a group of six to be together or find their own corner. Upstairs are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Downstairs, the screened porch opens to a big yard perfect for badminton, frisbee, and wiffle ball, and one genuinely great fire pit.

We've had this house in our family since 2003 and we take care of it like it. You'll find it spotless, well-stocked, and full of little extras you didn't know you needed. We also leave a little welcome basket stocked with pasta, sauce, snacks, and a few surprises to get your stay off to a great start.

Guest access:
The whole house is yours. The basement and fireplace are the only off-limits areas.
