Welcome to Les Mathurins, a new flat perched on the 4th and top floor with lift of a new luxury residence: Le Parc des Mathurins, in the heart of Rouen's Right Bank. Here, you can settle down at the foot of the old ramparts, a 5-minute walk from the Town Hall and 15 minutes from the train station, with the entire historic centre within walking distance: narrow streets, shops, markets, restaurants, museums... The ideal address for experiencing Rouen to the fullest, while enjoying rare comfort and a true haven of calm.
What makes Les Mathurins truly unique for short-term rentals in Rouen are the amenities that are almost impossible to find in the city centre: a 50 m² private terrace that surrounds the apartment (accessible from the living room and bedroom), private underground parking with a wide disabled parking space, disabled access to the apartment, and even access to a shared gym in another new building in the park. All this in a green environment: a landscaped, tree-lined courtyard with lush nature that contrasts delightfully with the energy of the city just below.
The 45 m² apartment has been designed to be as pleasant to live in as it is to discover: a functional entrance hall, a beautiful kitchen opening onto the living room, fully equipped (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, hob, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, complete set of crockery, etc.), a cosy lounge area to relax in after a day in the city, and an elegant bedroom with a high-quality double bed (160x200cm), which also opens onto the terrace. The sofa in the living room is convertible (140x190cm) and can accommodate two additional people (bed linen available at an additional cost of €12 on request, to avoid unnecessary extra costs if you do not need it). The modern and comfortable shower room has a large shower, a vanity unit, a towel dryer and a toilet.
For both short and long stays, everything is provided: fibre optic internet, ironing equipment, and for families, a cot, baby bath and high chair free of charge. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort (except for sofa bed linen, which is available on request). A private parking space (large enough for a disabled person) is included in the price.
The accommodation is managed by the L'ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (10:00–12:30 / 14:00–21:00). Out of respect for the property and the neighbourhood, a bank card imprint will be requested via a secure link to finalise the booking and obtain the access codes. And if you wish to stay a little longer, an early arrival or late departure option is available for a one-off fee of €10, subject to availability and prior agreement.

## Transport
From 2 rue Joyeuse (Le Parc des Mathurins), everything is very easy to reach — on foot, by metro/tram (Astuce), by bus or by bicycle.
On foot (easiest in the city centre): / Town Hall / historic centre: ~5 mins /Rouen Rive Droite station: ~15 mins / Then, from the centre: the Cathedral / Gros-Horloge / Vieux-Marché are all within easy walking distance (everything is close by).
Metro/Tram (Astuce network) – the ‘fast’ option The nearest station is Gare–Rue Verte (about a 1-minute walk). From there, you have direct access to central stations such as Palais de Justice – Gisèle Halimi, Théâtre des Arts, Joffre–Mutualité, and Saint-Sever on the left bank. Helpful tip: for real-time timetables and the best route, use the Astuce interactive map.
Bus (choose according to destination): Nearby stops: Beauvoisine (~4 min walk) and Boulingrin (~6 min). Lines passing nearby (depending on stops): 20, 520, F1, F7, T4.
Bicycle (fun and practical): You can use LOVÉLO self-service (short-term rental): everything is done via the app, with 1-day/7-day passes, etc. There is a bicycle storage room in the residence where you can leave your bike safely!
Taxi/private hire vehicle Very easy from the station (quick pick-up). For a door-to-door journey with luggage, this is often the most comfortable option.

Please note that the flat is on the 4th floor but is accessible by lift. Disabled access to the residence, the parking space (disabled space) and the flat!
Arrivals are autonomous for greater flexibility. Arrivals are from 4pm and departures must be no later than 11am.
The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.). All our guests receive household linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and one large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bags, bathroom bin bags, a sponge and washing-up liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When renting accommodation, it is important to follow a few rules to ensure that everything goes smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Please take care of the accommodation as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave the premises clean when you leave. Follow the instructions regarding schedules and use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. And if you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and any loss, theft or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
