The flat is located in a secure building at the foot of Place Cauchoise, 5 minutes from Place du Vieux Marché and the historic centre, and 10 minutes from Rouen train station.

The flat comprises a living room, a kitchenette (microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, hob, small fridge, basic units) and a dining table for two. And to relax, there's a sofa with connected TV and internet box. There is a shower room with separate WC.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets around the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

Located on Place Cauchoise in the heart of Rouen Rive Droite, this attractive, fully renovated two-bedroom apartment is ideally situated for discovering and enjoying the city of Rouen.

Just a 10-minute walk from Rouen train station, 7 minutes from the Rive Droite quays and a 5-minute walk from the famous, lively Place du Vieux Marché, you'll enjoy all the pleasures of Rouen life: local shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques, museums, sports hall...

## Transit

Metro: The nearest metro station is just a few minutes' walk away, allowing you to quickly reach popular areas such as the city center, the train station or shopping areas.

Bus: Several bus lines pass right by Place Cauchoise, including lines 3, 4 and 5. These lines serve various points of interest, making it easy for you to get around Rouen and to the surrounding communes.

TEOR: The TEOR line, a high-service bus service, is also nearby. It enables you to travel comfortably and quickly throughout the metropolis, with strategic stops linking key areas of the city.

Accessibility: Whether you want to visit Rouen's magnificent cathedral, stroll through Old Rouen or discover museums, everything is within easy reach thanks to an efficient transport network.

## Notes

Please note that the building does not have a lift and that the flat is located on the third floor. Access may be difficult for people with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases.

Arrivals can be made via the ArchiDuchesse keymaster from 4pm to 8pm and departures must be made by 11am at the latest.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the flat, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more! Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to look after the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Respect the rules on opening hours and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (€250 deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 deducted from the deposit), that pets are forbidden (€50 deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
