## Space

Welcome to L'Heure Normande, a cosy retreat at the foot of Rouen station, where time seems to slow down as soon as you walk through the door. Just a few minutes' walk from the quays and about ten minutes from the Place du Vieux Marché, this 35 m² one-bedroom apartment, nestled on the 2nd floor of a modern residence with a lift, is designed to comfortably accommodate two to four people. The theme of clocks punctuates the décor, as a nod to travel, appointments and the precious moments you will experience there.

Upon entering, you will find a separate toilet, then you will enter the living area where the lounge and kitchen complement each other in a cosy atmosphere. The lounge offers a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a television and a dining table for sharing meals, working or simply putting the world to rights. The open-plan kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with hobs, a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave and a 2-in-1 washer/dryer, not to mention everything you need to prepare your meals just like at home. Electric shutters, double glazing, programmable electric heating and fans ensure your comfort in all seasons, while WiFi allows you to stay connected with ease.

The quiet and cosy bedroom welcomes you with its double bed and storage space, ideal for a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring Rouen. The adjoining modern shower room offers everything you need: a comfortable shower, washbasin unit, hairdryer and iron, so you can travel light.

A real asset to the property, the large 16 m² balcony is a pleasant extension of the living room. You can enjoy your morning coffee there while listening to the city wake up, have a drink at the end of the day or simply watch the world go by, carried away by the ballet of trains arriving at the station. At the foot of the building, paid parking spaces are available, as is the Rouen station car park, both at the current rates. The city is easy to explore on foot.


Bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation for your comfort for two people. If you require bed linen for the sofa bed, a supplement of €12 will be charged and will be available from a locked box once the amount has been paid.

No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you can park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation or in the station car park, subject to the city's current rates.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00. We kindly ask you to take care of the accommodation and to respect the premises and the neighbourhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide your bank details via a secure link in order to finalise your booking and obtain the access codes for the accommodation. Would you like to enjoy your stay a little longer? A single fee of €10 applies for early arrival or late departure, subject to availability and prior agreement from our concierge team.

The accommodation is ideally located a 5-minute walk from Rouen train station. Just 10 minutes from Rouen city centre, you'll find everything you need nearby!

Parking is available in the adjacent streets, but only free of charge on weekdays between 7 p.m. and 9 a.m. and all day on Sundays! You can also take advantage of the secure paid parking at the train station, a 2-minute walk away.

The Rouen Rive Droite train station district is one of the city's main hubs of activity due to its strategic location in the heart of Rouen. It is a lively neighbourhood with good transport links and close to many historical and cultural attractions.

Access to the city centre:
Thanks to the bus and TEOR networks, Rouen city centre can be reached in around 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the line taken. This allows you to reach iconic locations such as Rouen Cathedral, Place du Vieux-Marché and Rue du Gros-Horloge without needing to use a car.

TEOR (Transport Est-Ouest Rouennais):
The TEOR network is also accessible from the vicinity of Rue Champs des Oiseaux, line T4. This fast and efficient network consists of several lines that cross Rouen from east to west, connecting key neighbourhoods. TEOR buses have dedicated lanes, which reduces travel times, even in heavy traffic.

Vélib' and soft mobility:

A welcome kit with kitchen bin bags, bathroom bin bags, a sponge and washing-up liquid is provided on arrival for the duration of your stay.

Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost.
