Although the neighbourhood is busy during the day, it becomes quieter in the evening, especially in the adjacent residential streets.

The station district is just a few minutes' walk from the historic city centre. Walking down towards the old town, you can quickly reach iconic sites such as Rouen Cathedral, the Gros-Horloge and the Place du Vieux-Marché. The district's central location makes it an ideal starting point for exploring the city.

Rue Malatiré is about a 15-minute walk from Rouen Rive Droite city centre. You can easily reach iconic sites such as Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Gros-Horloge, and the Museum of Fine Arts.

The nearest underground station is MÉTRO GARE, located approximately 5 minutes' walk away. This station is served by the Rouen underground line T1, allowing you to travel quickly around the city.

/ Tram
The Pasteur tram station is about a 3-minute walk from Rue Malatiré. It is served by lines T2, T3 and T4, offering a convenient alternative for your urban journeys.

/ Bus
Several bus lines run near Rue Malatiré, including lines 11, 22, F1, F2, F7, and NOCTAMBUS. The closest stops are Malatiré (3 minutes on foot) and Square Verdrel (5 minutes on foot).

/ River shuttle

Please note that the house has stairs to the first floor. Therefore, people with reduced mobility may have difficulty accessing the property.

Arrivals are independent for greater flexibility. They are from 4pm and departures must be made by 11am at the latest.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10:00 to 21:00). All guests are provided with linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and a large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with a kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel change, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. Upon confirmation of your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes for our selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

Please treat the accommodation as you would your own home: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave the premises clean when you leave. Follow the instructions regarding timetables and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know. Please remember that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), the property is non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and any loss, theft or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
