Our vacation rental (living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom) is fully equipped and furnished in the rustic style typical of the Alpine region. One of its special features—in addition to its central yet quiet location—is the spacious, cozy, and secluded terrace with a unique view of the Wallberg, the local mountain in the Tegernsee Valley.

The kitchen is equipped with: oven/stove, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, egg cooker, dishes, glasses, and silverware.

The spacious living room is furnished with a reading chair (also suitable as a recliner), two TV chairs, a sleeper sofa, a dining table with four chairs, a tall cabinet, a living room cabinet, as well as a smart TV (Samsung) and a smart home sound system (Sonos).

The high-quality bathroom features a shower/tub combination, a sink, a large mirror, a heated towel rack, a hair dryer, a bathroom cabinet, and a toilet.

There is a laundry room in the building equipped with a washer and dryer, as well as ample storage space in the hallway in the form of a large built-in closet that includes a coat rack.
