"Our staying in Quest Rotorua couldn’t be better! Everything was perfect. The room is very cozy, confortble and well cleaned. The kitchen has everything we needed and the hot tube is the best! Front desk is very helpful, fast and kind! Awesome staying at Quest Rotorua! The best hotel we stayed in New Zeland. "

"Awesome customer service from the man in the office. Super lovely!"

"I would recommend to others. Clean kitchen and facilities."

"As a solo female, i felt safe in the histel and area. I went early october so not too many travelers, so quiet."

"The place was spotless, the location ideal."

"Shower was overflowing told staff must have clogged pipes was told ok nothing was done told them walking through water didn’t bother them that 20mm of water had been sitting in there whole 2 days on leaving told them water still all around toilet they just said be sorted today told him a bit late I’m leaving also told them no hot water in kitchen sink tried to see if it’s due to gas so turned on off several times and still nothing very frustrating and a waste of my money for two nights"
