A comfortable open living area flows out to the deck, with a fully equipped kitchen for cooking in and eating together after a day on the trails.

Step out onto the deck for fresh air and relaxing, with a backyard to enjoy and a lockable shed for stashing bikes and toys.



- PARKING -

Free parking - a carport on site plus easy on-street parking.



Guest Access:

You'll have the whole house to yourselves - three bedrooms, the living area, the fully equipped kitchen and the deck. The backyard and the lockable shed (great for bikes and gear) are yours to use too, with free parking in the carport and on the street.



The Neighborhood:

Be Rude Not To sits in Lynmore, one of Rotorua's most popular family suburbs and the gateway to the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest - a world-renowned spot for walking and mountain biking, and an easy walk or ride from the door. Lynmore Junction, a short stroll away, has shops and eateries for a quick bite or a coffee. Te Puia's geysers are a few minutes' drive, the lakefront and city centre about ten, and Skyline's gondola and luge, Canopy Tours and Zorb are over on the western side of town.



Getting Around:

The home is easy to reach with free parking - a carport on site plus on-street. Rotorua Airport is just 6 minutes away, Te Puia around 8, the city centre and lakefront about 10, and Skyline, Canopy Tours and Zorb roughly 18 minutes to the west. The Redwoods trails are right on the doorstep, and local buses run nearby with stops within walking distance if you'd rather leave the car.



Other Things to Note:

WIFI runs at around 250 Mbps. The lockable shed in the backyard is ideal for storing bikes and gear - handy given the Redwoods trailhead is right on your doorstep. The kids' third bedroom has bunk beds plus a single trundle, sleeping up to three.
