Beez Kneez is a freshly redecorated, single-level home in the quiet central suburb of Utuhina - close to everything Rotorua has to offer, with a covered spa pool out the back for soaking under the stars. Three bedrooms all on one level make it an easy, comfortable base for families.

Guest Access:

You'll have the entire house and the spa pool to yourselves - the fully equipped kitchen, the living areas, all three bedrooms and the bathroom, plus the BBQ and garage. Free parking is available in the garage and on the street.



The Neighborhood:

Beez Kneez sits in Utuhina, a quiet, established residential pocket just minutes from central Rotorua - the best of both worlds, peaceful to come home to but close to everything. Te Puia's geysers are around six minutes away, the lakefront, Government Gardens and the hot pools at Polynesian Spa and Wai Ariki Spa about eight, and Skyline's gondola and luge, Canopy Tours, Zorb and the Redwoods Forest all roughly ten. Local shops and cafes are a short drive or a stroll away.



Getting Around:

The central location makes getting around easy - there's a bus stop just around the corner, and free parking in the garage and on the street if you're driving. Te Puia is about 6 minutes away, central Rotorua and the lakefront around 8, the Redwoods and the northern attractions roughly 10, and Rotorua Airport 15 minutes. Local shops are a quick 5-minute drive or a 15-20 minute walk.



Other Things to Note:

WIFI runs at around 250 Mbps. Quiet hours apply to the spa pool - please keep noise down after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours.
