Downstairs, you'll find a third bedroom with a queen-size bed, a convenient garage, a versatile rumpus room/storage area, and a relaxing patio area complete with a spa pool, perfect for unwinding. Enjoy the sunny deck on the top level and the courtyard with a spa pool on the ground level.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire townhouse, including the three private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen, living area, and outdoor spaces like the garden. Enjoy amenities such as the hot tub, BBQ grill, and free parking on the premises.

Lynmore is the gateway to the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest. You'll be walking distance to the forest along with a number of small eateries and a great bar at the Redwoods Centre.



Getting Around:

Navigating to and from Adventure Trails is easy. Guests have access to free parking on the property and additional street parking. Rotorua Airport (ROT) is conveniently located about a 10-minute drive from the townhouse. Public transportation is accessible with nearby bus stops providing routes throughout Rotorua. The main bus terminal is within reach for connections to other destinations.
