"Neat, tidy and well equipped (except no scissors). Useful small backyard,fully enclosed some of which is astroturf. Quite good retail facilities locally and only afew minutes run to Rotorua. Found the bed and blankets paticularly comfortable. We found the remote difficult to use for the TV. A few instructions as a guideline would be helpful. Nice touch with butter and milk in the fridge on arrival.All in all a good visit with no serious issues."

"We 100% recommend this property to anyone who wants to explore this stunning part of NZ. Our only regret is not having more time to utilise the kayaks and take in the sights of the river.The house is very modern and comfortable and where very surprised with a well stocked fridge of homemade goodies for our breakfast the next day. Communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive to any questions and requests.Would love to return here soon. "

"Laneway Cottage was just perfect! Had everything we needed - especially since this was a last minute trip for us! Karen made check in and check out seamless. Great to be close to the mall and other shops. Cottage had everything we needed to cook a couple of meals too! The welcome sign was so thoughtful ❤️ We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!"
