Just right

We have been to this property before, and it was exactly as we remembered. Quiet location, but not far from shopping & restaurants. We'll be back!

Beautiful relaxing quiet place!

Overall an amazing experience. The pool spa area was the best part after long days. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The home has everything you need. We had our 6 kids with us and plenty of towels and everything to go to the beach. The toaster was broken but that was quickly fixed after talking with the owner. The only downside is that all the pots and pans are scratched up and not safe to use.

Stunning

This home is absolutely stunning just as shown in the photos. We enjoyed the pool/spa everyday. The property manager was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Great experience!

Beautiful home!

This home has the wow factor from the front door on. Great open floor plan. Huge master bedroom, and 3 more bedrooms and 2 additonal baths. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai wvery morning and listening and watching the birds as well as the fish jumping in the pond. So quiet, yet so close. We will be back!

Perfection

The house was absolutely perfect - immaculately clean, comfortable, and private. Outdoor lanai/pool/jacuzzi area was spectacular. Super close proximity to some beautiful beaches. The host, Seraina, was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire rental process. Truly a 5-star experience.

What an amazing time!!

We stayed 8 night's with our multigenerational family, & had a fabulous time! A well furnished home, comfy beds, plenty of space, well stocked kitchen & baths, & the pool area was amazing!! Our only complaint was the wifi was horrible. No one could connect & stay connected. The TV's wouldn't work without it! (Smart TVs) They kept getting disconnected/dropped. We even tried just one at a time with no luck! It's hard to have a relaxing vacation without wifi or TV, honestly we live in 2022. The house was close enough to the beach for us to easily get to several options. (15 mins) A few great restaurants nearby. I wish Englewood as a town had more to offer. Parking was great, plenty of room. Both hammocks were broken. One of the bikes had a chain that wouldn't stay on. The guest before us had filled both the recycling bin & garbage bin full of regular trash. The recycle truck didn't empty it. (Obviously!) So that made our week stay a little rough, we had one empty garbage bin & couldn't recycle anything. The house could use a second garbage bin for sure. It has a beautiful yard area, & huge backyard. It's in a very quiet neighborhood. We paid the extra to have the heat on for the spa, enjoyed every evening. This house made a fantastic family vacation!

Relaxing

Our family had a wonderful time vacationing here. The house in person was a perfect reflection of the pictures online. We barely left the house due to the wonderful outdoor space and pool! We would definitely stay here again.

More Beautiful in Person

When we arrived, I was blown away by how nice this place is. Our home back home is newly built and custom and it’s hard to top it. But this home, was a step up. The pool was fantastic, the hot tub was enjoyable every night. The pond behind the house definitely has an alligator because we saw him/her a few days in a row sunning and swimming by. The bikes were pleasant to use every night. Not really close to a lot, most drives took between 10-20 minutes to get to and about 20 minutes from any beach. But the house was nice to chill at. At the end of a cul-de-sac and quiet area. Serina was prompt in all replies and was able to put up the child protective mesh fence for safety around the pool at the last minute when I totally forgot to answer the questions sent prior to arrival. I would recommend this place and if we come back to this area, we would definitely stay here!

An absolute 5 star property

This property was 100% worth it. The pictures don’t even do the place justice as it’s even more beautiful than the photos. It was spotlessly clean including the pool area. Beds were comfy and they had plenty of towels and the kitchen was really well stocked. We cooked a lot and had everything we needed. The grill is wonderful and works well and the outdoor area has a nice breeze too so you don’t get overheated. The hot tub heating was perfect as it could be turned on and off and it helped heat the pool. There is a bathroom right off the pool which was excellent as we had our kids with us. They left beautiful touches like a bath bomb for the tub and bottle of wine and beach bag when we arrived. They have awesome fans in every room even outside, so you don’t have to have the air running all the time. Silly thing, but I always hate how there are no cozy blankets at homes I stay at and they had super soft ones in every room! I I have nothing negative or even kinda not great to say about the home, I couldn’t ask for a better stay. I would be sure to follow their recommendations of keeping doors to outside and garage closed as we saw a huge snake in the driveway one day taking the trash out. There is a Walmart like 5 miles away which is great for groceries. We ordered pizza and made visits to englewood snd Sarasota, which we very easy to navigate to. Be sure to pay the extra for the heating of the pool/hot tub as that’s what heats the hot tub and then you can keep everything as cool or warm as you want. They provided a few dishwasher tabs, cleaning supplies, some toilet paper and paper towel, and laundry detergent, but we bought more as we stayed for nearly two weeks. They do not provide shampoo or body soap just an FYI. Don’t hesitate booking this place!

Stunning home with amazing views!

We absolutely loved our stay in your home. The house is stunning and I could easily call it my dream home. The view of the water is amazing and peaceful. We even saw a Florida panther and an adorable baby lizard my daughter named Pepper. The only issue we had was tiny ants which tend to be an issue everywhere in summer so I didn't think anything of seeing them. I would definitely recommend staying in this beautiful home! You will not be disappointed!

Best vacation in decades!
