Pet Policy

The pet fee is $35 per dog per night (capped at $200 per dog) with up to two 25-pound dogs allowed per reservation. No cats. All dogs must be kept on a leash and away from the canal for safety. 


Access

A code will be given for the front door. To control the garage you will need to download an app on your phone for the duration of your stay. 


Other Things To Note

The Rotonda is a deed-restricted community. Parking on the street is not allowed. Boats, trailers, and RVs are also NOT allowed on the street or driveway. The HOA imposes fees for any violations. There will be a minimum of $250 fine for any guests in violation. A complete list of HOA rules will be provided. Any HOA fees for violations will be passed along to guest.
