Smoking, pets, and parties or events are not permitted. Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the security deposit.

Our apartments are located right in the heart of town, next to Luna Castle and the Main Church of La O. Within 200 meters of our property, you’ll find 300 berths at the marina and 100 spots on the San Juan de Puerto Rico Boardwalk (free from September 1 to June 30), 50 spaces at the La Merced parking lot (16.80 /24h), and 200 spaces at the Salesianos parking lot (at a cost of 2 /24 hours).
