Rückseite des Hauses mit Blick auf landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb & stark befahrene Schnellstraßen. Bei Anreise war das Appt. nicht fertig gereinigt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter wurde von uns als wenig proaktiv & zu unpersönlich empfunden: self-check-in wurde im Vorfeld nicht angekündigt & den Code für die Schlüsselbox haben wir nach Ankunft selbst...

"Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt. Die Räume sind sehr großzügig und es gibt einen wirklich ordentlichen Parkplatz im Innenhof! Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein und die beiden Balkone sind recht klein. Da wir ohnehin die meiste Zeit auswärts essen waren, war das aber kein Problem. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen."

"Die Wohnung ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles ist in bestem Zustand und die Ausstattung der Kochzeile ist super (Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Kapselmaschine, Gewürze, Geschirr, Töpfe). Gute Klimaanlage, die auch im Sommer bei 35 Grad draußen gut kühlt. Die Bezeichnung Balkon ist übertrieben für 20cm Tiefe, aber zum Durchlüften zweckmäßig. Für einen mehrtägigen Städtetrip in Bozen perfekt eingerichtet und für 2 Personen sehr empfehlenswert. Da die Schlafecke offen zum Wohnraum ist,...

"Wirklich sehr gut ausgestattete FeWo: Vor allem, für alle, die selber kochen und genießen wollen! Beste Haushsltsgeräte und umfassende Utensensilien, wie Töpfe, Pfannen, Dampfgarer, Messe. Modernes Bad. Alles bestens gepflegt. Das haben wir selten so erlebt!. Und dann gibt es auch noch zwei Terassen. In die Innenstadt kommt man wunderbar zu Fuß in 30 min zu 2/3 über die schöne Wasserpromenade.Und Herr Pichler hat uns sogar noch eine Weinprobe ermöglicht! Vielen Dank für fünf sehr schöne Tage!"
