"Let me start by saying this property is located in one of the most beautiful wine regions in the world. You wouldn’t be able to tell that be stepping inside the hotel. For labeling itself a wine resort and spa, we weren’t even offered a wine refreshment upon checking in. Any questions at the front desk were answered with bored and unhelpful answers. Just five minutes down the road we encountered a beautiful b&b we should have stayed in instead. Never again LOISIUM"

Lediglich hätte für den gezahlten Preis der Service proaktiver sein können. (obwohl das Restaurant fast leer war, kamen die Kellner so gut wie gar nicht an den Tisch und haben eben sehr selten gefragt obs noch was sein darf)"
"At check-in, the person at the reception, a short man with a beard and grey hair, was a bit grumpy. Our reservation was for 1 couple and 1 child, but according to him it was for only 1 couple and he was apparently irritated that it would be necessary to make another bed in the room (detail: it was just "transforming" the sofa into a bed). The other staff are friendly and helpful.
The advertisement says that the hotel has swimming pools, but in reality the pool is a public space; what the hotel...

Para esse centro de interesses (história, arquitetura, bares, etc), tudo pode ser facilmente alcançado a pé. Para quem chega a Maribor de carro, há a tranquilidade de dispor de estacionamento (descoberto, pago) junto ao hotel. O café da manhã é muito bom, dispondo de frutas frescas com sabor e qualidade. "This was a perfect place for our visit to Maribor. Fani & Rozi is located right at the river and just a short walk to the Oldest Grape Vine in the World. There are great restaurants, shopping and an entire city just steps away.
A special thanks to Tinka (sp?) for her help making reservations with wineries. It made our trip so easy.
Parking is steps away from Fani & Rozi, but note that it does run about 25 Euros/day."
