"A impressão que eu tenho é que o quarto estava em processo de reforma. Piso de madeira descascando, paredes sujas, banheiro sujo de tinta. Já fiquei nesse hortelã antes e fiquei em um quarto muito novo portanto resolvi repetir a estadia. No entanto foi uma experiência decepcionante.

"Beds were comfy. Our room was larger and more spacious than the average hotel room. (Not sure if we received an accessible room or not as we did not request one.) Would stay again. Did not make it to breakfast. Tried Keke's breakfast cafe up the street and it was really good. Some items got left behind by accident and the staff was great to work with on getting items back. "

"It was excellent!! The room is very very clean and comfortable! Perfect for a family. Near many restaurants, supermarket, excellent location! The staff is very educate and friendly! I really recommend it!"
"Great lication and area. Check in and parking nice. Room was fabulous with great bedding and pillows. The coffee and breakfast was also very good. Very clean and everyone was very polite, nice, and professional. I loved the full size fridge with a freezer too. I will definitely look to stay at these hotels again in other travels. "

"This was a wonderful stay for a concert. Easy drive to the venue, safe and quiet area. Staff were friendly, beds were comfortable and air conditioning was cold. A few questionable stains on the couch, but we didn’t need to sit there. I’d definitely stay again."
