"A impressão que eu tenho é que o quarto estava em processo de reforma. Piso de madeira descascando, paredes sujas, banheiro sujo de tinta. Já fiquei nesse hortelã antes e fiquei em um quarto muito novo portanto resolvi repetir a estadia. No entanto foi uma experiência decepcionante.

"O que foi mais interessante foi o fato de que chegamos tarde a primeira noite e fomos direto dormir. Infelizmente, dormi muito mal. No dia seguinte queria chamar o gerente para trocar de quarto e mostrar toda a minha insatisfação com relação ao colchão que tinha um buraco no meio e era horrível para um hotel daquela categoria. Qual não foi minha surpresa em saber que o colchão era ajustável em diversas partes da cama, assim para mais pesados como eu (acima de 100kg) tinha um outro ajuste do que...
