The open beam position gives the apartment a special charm. The living room is equipped with cable TV, flat screen, CD player, sound system and a sofa bed. The living / dining room has a high quality dining table for 4 people. In the bedroom there is a double bed, flat screen with USB port and DC function. The bathroom is a full bath with shower and bath. The kitchen is fully equipped. A roof exit (steep staircase) leads to a small terrace with seating for 2 people. From here you have a wonderful view over Warnemünde and the cruise ships. The apartment is a Non smoking apartment and suitable for allergy sufferers.

The apartments in Warnemünde are true residences. They are located on the church square and thus in the heart of the old town. The house is renovated and the residences are very exclusive and furnished with great attention to detail.    From here you walked quickly through the Warnemünde park to the promenade or to the beach of the Baltic Sea. It is also just a few minutes walk to the boulevard on the Old River in Warnemünde. Directly on the church square and in the side streets there are wonderful cafes, where you can have breakfast very well. And the restaurants on the Old Stream offer a wide variety of dishes from fish to bohemian dumplings.   A parking space can be booked with the landlord at least 1 week before arrival.
