The spacious holiday apartment with approx. 90 m² of living space has been completely rebuilt and stylishly, modern and lovingly equipped and furnished. The holiday apartment has a large, very high-quality kitchen-living room with a dining table, a sofa bed, a large OLED flat screen and, directly adjacent, a large east-facing balcony facing the quiet inner courtyard. The bedroom/living room has a sleeping area with a large box spring bed and, separated by a closet system, another bright living area with a sofa bed, a flat screen and a rocking chair. In the cozy bedroom facing the quiet courtyard there is a small, directly accessible separate toilet. The modern shower room has a large double vanity, toilet, urinal and a spacious shower. The holiday apartment is rounded off by its own underground parking space diagonally opposite the apartment.
