"Beautiful setting. Lovely room. Brilliant and extensive facilities. Excellent food. Staff were superb the whole time and that applies to everyone, everywhere and at every level. They were consistently friendly, attentive, caring, helpful and efficient. They related brilliantly to us, paying close attention to detail and supporting us with our disabled son at every opportunity. "Great little locally owned place. The food was good. The pub was great. Friendly locals gathered as well as fellow travelers. Had a great time and really enjoyed staying at the hotel so much, we decided to stay another night. The staff was also very accommodating where they could be, although we did have a few issues. The grounds were beautiful and this family run business was exceptionally well done! We were greeted as soon as we arrived! 12/10 highly recommend you stay here!! We loved it."

We didn't have a shower as we didn't have time to turn the immersion heater and wait for the water to heat up and also I couldn't find a hairdryer anywhere ? A good place for 2 couples or a...

"We had a warm welcome from Pauline and Chris who were throughout great hosts - happy to help with local visits and places to eat. A lovely setting on a useful through route just 35 minutes from the port."

"Parking is a bit difficult , not many spaces and a bit confusing at first. Adding a mini fridge to the room would be nice."
