Whether you're working away or enjoying a break, Booth Crescent is the ideal home base for a comfortable and convenient stay in Rossendale.



MAIN BEDROOM:



Our spacious master bedroom contains 2x single beds and walk in wardrobe.



SECOND BEDROOM:



Our second bedroom contains a double size bed and storage space



THIRD BEDROOM:



Our third bedroom contains a double size sed and plenty of storage space.





LIVING ROOM & GAMES ROOM



There's no better place to relax than our spacious living area. Whether you're diving into a book, enjoying music, or unwinding with a movie after a fulfilling day, this space is designed for comfort. Enjoy entertainment on our 50-inch smart TV, equipped with all the apps you need to kick back and relax. The living area also features a large double sofa bed, providing extra flexibility for guests.



Kitchen:



Our Beautiful Open Plan Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d expect in a family home. A washer/ dryer, oven, microwave and more!



PERFECT FOR FAMILIES & LONGER STAYS:



We provide the convenience of a washer/dryer and a clothes drying rack, ideal for those on extended trips.



Guests will receive a 13% discount for 1 week stays.



Guests will receive a 20% discount for 1 month stays or more.



PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:



For your convenience, we offer fresh linen and towels for each guest, an iron and ironing board, shampoo and soaps. A hoover is also provided.



GOOD TO KNOW:



You can effortlessly check yourself in anytime after 3pm using self check in.

- Guests will require to submit their Identity Documents as part of our check in process and sign our terms and conditions. Check in instructions will not be released until this has been actioned.

- Parties/ Smoking/ Loud Noise is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit will be used towards extra costs in removing you.



- Quiet times after 9pm (Please show respect to the neighbours around you).



- Security Cameras are positioned on both the front and back of the property for safety purposes.

🛋 Sofa Bed Linen Fee – If you’d like to use the sofa bed, there is a small linen fee of £14.50. This covers the extra laundry and housekeeping required to prepare it.



⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out – Subject to availability, we can offer early arrivals or later departures at £20 per hour. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange this with our housekeeping team.



👶 Family Pack – Travelling with children? We can provide a high chair and travel cot (please bring your own sheets) for £19.95 per stay.
