Nestled in a peaceful green setting at the start of many hiking trails, Le Penn-ty is just 15 minutes from the beaches of Trévignon, Concarneau, and Nevez, close to Pont-Aven and the Belon ports, and only 5 minutes from Rosporden with its shops, services, and lake. This location is perfect for exploring the islands, beaches, and coves of southern Finistère.



The fully renovated, well-equipped house features an enclosed garden overlooking meadows, a terrace, a barbecue, an outdoor bread oven, and garden furniture. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fireplace, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom and a bedroom with two beds.
