Albarella. The villa is located on an open garden plot with lawn and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and fire extinguisher.

The swimming hall in the sports centre (1 Olympic swimming pool, 1 children's pool, 2 small pools) is open, open from: 13.05.23 - 10.09.23 (depending on the weather). The sports centre is located 1-3 kilometres from the houses. The houses are spread across the entire island.

Ground Floor: Living Room with seating area, TV, and access to the terrace (shared with living/bedroom). Bedroom with 1 double bed, (suitable for under 3 years), 1 cot, and ON REQUEST, an additional person can be accommodated at the price of €15.00 per night (payable on site). Kitchenette in the living room with gas stove (4 burners), oven, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, and toilet.
1st Floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds and (it could be 1 bedroom with 2 single beds or with a bunk bed). Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, and toilet.
