This central and family-friendly accommodations are located in the Residenza Jolanda in Rosolina Mare and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. Thanks to its central location, all major attractions are within easy reach! It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the wide, fine-sand beach of Rosolina Mare, which is ideal for all ages. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous restaurants, shopping options, and cozy cafés. The beach is a popular gathering spot and offers entertainment, dining options, and playgrounds that ensure fun and enjoyment.
The Trilo three-bedroom apartment is located in one of three adjacent townhouses and can accommodate up to 5 people. Depending on availability, the apartments may be on the first floor, first floor, or second floor. The apartment consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, and the other with two single beds. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and features a gas stove, dishes, silverware, pots, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a washing machine. Satellite TV and air conditioning are also available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. Only apartments on the first and second floors have a balcony. The drive from the Italian border takes approximately 3.5 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible, as we have several properties of the same type.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, you may, of course, check in the following day (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The beautiful and expansive sandy beach is just a short walk away—only a few minutes on foot. Once there, you can rent lounge chairs and umbrellas and take advantage of amenities such as playgrounds, bars, and various sports facilities. If you’d prefer to bring your own umbrella, that’s no problem either! Right next door is a large public beach where you can do so without any issues. The ocean is particularly family-friendly and ideal for small children, as it slopes gently, allowing them to play safely in the shallow water. In addition, lifeguards are on duty daily to ensure your safety, so you can enjoy your day at the beach without a care in the world.

The apartment is ideal for families with young children, as it’s just a few minutes’ walk from the gorgeous beaches of Rosolina Mare. There are numerous playgrounds on the beach, and during the high season, activity leaders provide entertainment and fun all day long. The center of Rosolina Mare is also within easy walking distance. Here you’ll find plenty of shopping options and a lively atmosphere. It’s especially popular to stroll through the streets in the evening, enjoy the relaxed vibe, or treat yourself to a delicious ice cream.

The accommodation features a well-equipped kitchen. Shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity, so you can easily pick up fresh ingredients and cook for yourself as you please. However, if you’d rather relax, there are plenty of restaurants in the area where you can enjoy regional and international delicacies.

The accommodations are located in Rosolina Mare, a popular resort town on the Adriatic coast in the Veneto region of Italy. It is about 70 km south of Venice and approximately 80 km from Venice-Marco Polo Airport, while Padua and Ferrara are each about an hour’s drive away.
CITY AND SURROUNDINGS
Rosolina Mare is located about 40 kilometers south of Venice on the beautiful Adriatic coast. Rosolina Mare enchants visitors with its unique landscape, nestled between the sea, pine forests, the mouth of the Adige River, and the Po Delta lagoon. The habitats of the Po Delta are fascinatingly diverse, rich in wildlife and rare plant species. Amid valleys, lagoons, dunes, and wetlands, you’ll discover the area’s flora and fauna—all of which make an organized or independent trip to the Po Delta an unforgettable experience. Rosolina Mare also offers a wide selection of shopping options, restaurants, and gelaterias. The nightlife, featuring pubs and street performers, is a great way to wind down the day. A wide, family-friendly promenade and a park can also be found in the center. During the vacation season, a vast array of cultural events takes place, while fans of sea excursions can also go mackerel fishing. Rosolina Mare is also the ideal starting point for numerous excursions to nearby and more distant destinations. In no time at all, you can reach famous art cities like Venice or Padua. Or visit the picturesque fishing town of Chioggia, just half an hour away. It’s not for nothing that it’s also called “Little Venice.” The palaces and canals, with their many bridges, are reminiscent of Venice. But the pace of life in Chioggia is much more leisurely. The botanical garden in the idyllic fishing village of Porto Caleri at the tip of the peninsula is also definitely worth a visit. If you’re looking for a day full of fun, we recommend a day trip to the Mirabilandia/Mirabeach amusement and water park (similar to Europapark plus water park fun!!!) in Ravenna.
