Location
Rosolina RO. The holiday home is located on a open garden plot with meadow and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The island of Albarella has different types of accommodation: small flats, terraced houses, semi-detached houses, large villas with swimming pool. They are located in the tourist centre. Albarella is a private island in the lagoon south of Venice. Here you can opt for a relaxing holiday or devote yourself to your favorite sport.

Located in the Po Delta Natural Park and connected to the mainland by a bridge, the island is 5 km long and 1.5 km wide: 528 hectares are covered by Mediterranean scrub, covered by 2 million trees of 150 different tree species, for example. Maritime pine and poplar, also known as & quot; Populus Alba & quot; called, from which the island takes its name.

Fallow deer, pheasants, hares, deer, hawks, herons and Italian waders find their natural habitat here. The entire island (100%) and all water areas are under strict protection. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the street in front of the house and in a parking lot in the village. The distance to the sea is very different depending on the location of the house. In addition, the water can be reached quickly from anywhere and guests can swim both on the beach (from the North Cape or Mare Vostrum) and in the fjords. As a rule, the first bath by bike takes a maximum of 10 minutes.
