"Soggiornato in questa struttura per matrimonio nelle vicinanze, al nostro arrivo ci hanno chiesto di pagare solo con contanti perchè a detta loro era stato richiesto durante la prenotazione, (cosa non vera perchè avevo messo anche la carta di credito a garanzia della camera) ci hanno creato molti disagi in quanto il mio compagno è dovuto andare a prelevare quando avevamo una cerimonia che sarebbe iniziata da li a breve. "Wunderschönes Hotel im alten Kohlebergwerk. Etwas abgeschieden, dafür aber die totale Ruhe. Wir haben super geschlafen! Das Abendessen kann man im Freien geniessen, gute Auswahl und lecker gekocht. Unbedingt jeweils am Morgen reservieren! Einziger Negativpunkt: Das Personal ist beim Frühstück überfordert, da man als Gast nichts selber schöpfen darf. So entstehen Wartezeiten. "

"Wir haben diese Unterkunft für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp genutzt. Eigentlich zu kurz, da es hier so wunderbar war. Sehr schöne Gartenanlage, toller Pool mit hervorragenden Liegemöglichkeiten. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Tolles Zimmer. Auf jeden Fall auch für mehrere Tage empfehlenswert. Sehr freundliches Personal, alles perfekt."

"Wow. I could not have dreamed of a better weekend getaway. This was seriously the most beautiful villa. The view from it was picturesque, it looked fake! I would wake up in the morning and just stare at the view. From the grounds of the villa you can see the city center of Volterra, and the greenery surrounding.
