"When I checked in, I was told to park in the rear of the hotel. The clerk stated, "Go through the rear door take the elevator to the 3rd floor your room is right there!" When I went through the rear door, there was NO signage indicating the location of the elevator! Myself and other guests were walking up and down corridors looking for the elevator. One guest I came across said she found an elevator near the front of the hotel, but it was out of service. No one at the front desk mentioned this...

"Got a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite with kitchen. Checked in at 3:20 pm and was told the room wasn’t ready. Came back at 7 and found someone’s shorts by the couch and a stain on the pillow. The room was super nice and I loved it and the guy at the front desk was amazing but don’t stay next to the pool if you go to bed early. It was really noisy and I had a toddler with me. "

"The place was great! Our second time back for our annual shopping trip at Galleria. We will stay here each every time we come to this area to shop. Place is clean, quiet, bed is comfortable, safe neighborhood. Kitchenette amenities. Perfect little spot! Thank you to our hosts. They were great."
