• Access to the private outdoor pool from this floor.

Upper floor:

• Three double bedrooms, all exterior.
• Two with 160 cm beds and one with a 140 cm bed.
• There is also a second full bathroom with shower.

The house is in a quiet area, just 3 minutes by car from the centre of Roses, a 10-minute walk via the coastal pathto Canyelles Petites beach, and you can also walk to the town centre.
To access the coastal path, stairs in front of the building lead directly to the pedestrian path to the beach (750 metres away).
