Enjoy a dream vacation at our house with a private pool and sea view in the exclusive urbanization of Mas Fumats, Roses, on the Costa Brava!



The house has capacity for 6 people and is located on a quiet street, which guarantees maximum privacy and tranquility during your stay.



The layout of the house is divided into two floors. On the first floor, you will find a spacious living-dining room with access to a beautiful terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the impressive sea views. The house has 3 bedrooms, one of them en suite with a bathroom and bathtub, and another bathroom with a shower. All rooms have air conditioning to ensure your comfort at all times.



The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee maker, and water kettle. This way, you can prepare your own meals and enjoy dinner with family or friends.



On the ground floor, you can enjoy the private pool surrounded by a spacious terrace and a porch with a barbecue. Perfect for spending a full day relaxing under the sun and enjoying a delicious barbecue in good company!



The house also has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.



Additionally, the house has wifi and television with Dutch and German channels, so you can stay connected with your loved ones and enjoy your favorite program.



And for greater convenience, there is an outdoor parking lot for 2 cars, so you can enjoy your vacation without worrying about parking.

Is electricity included?

Due to the significant increase in energy costs, a basic consumption of 15kw per day is included in the rental price. In case of exceeding this, extra kw will be charged at the current market price, and the price per kw/h will be indicated in the rental contract.



What dimension does the pool have?

Measures 4x8m with an approximate maximum depth of 1.70m.



What are the beds like?

There are 6 single beds of 90x190m.



Are the towels included?

No, but we have it available for rent.



Who takes care of the pool maintenance?

The technician comes once a week.
