The first-floor apartment features a spacious living and dining area, a luxury open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a partially covered roof terrace, and a washing machine. The studio includes a compact living area with kitchenette, one spacious bedroom, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Mas Fumats is situated in northern Catalonia, approximately 50 km from the French border. Roses is one of the most popular destinations on the Costa Brava, known for its beaches, promenade, natural surroundings, restaurants, cafés, and tapas bars. Visitors can also enjoy swimming, sailing, surfing, diving, hiking, golf, tennis, karting, horse riding, nearby nature parks, a water park, and other attractions.
